Job description

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in the management of the site and health & safety.

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager.

  • Support with the Health & Safety checks throughout the office and the Folkestone Services site.

  • Management of the Fire Protection System including inspection of extinguishers and testing of alarms. 

  • Administration of the Truck & Car parking systems.

  • Operations of the CCTV system, including assisting any requests from external agencies.

  • Organisation of Health & Safety related training.

  • Assist with management of the parking machines.

  • Stock check, monitor and replenish office supplies including printer supplies.

  • First Aid kit monitoring and replenishing. 

  • Liaise with on-site security & cleaning teams.

  • Schedule routine inspections of site & warehouse equipment.

  • Contractor Liaison - Facilitate and oversee the work of external contractors

  • PAT testing.

  • Portering and Logistics including receiving deliveries, distributing parcels and relocate furniture.

  • Management of Office Access System. 

  • Support with incident response.

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is desirable.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

  • Computer Literate with good understanding of MS Office.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills.
