Job description
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in the management of the site and health & safety.
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager.
Support with the Health & Safety checks throughout the office and the Folkestone Services site.
Management of the Fire Protection System including inspection of extinguishers and testing of alarms.
Administration of the Truck & Car parking systems.
Operations of the CCTV system, including assisting any requests from external agencies.
Organisation of Health & Safety related training.
Assist with management of the parking machines.
Stock check, monitor and replenish office supplies including printer supplies.
First Aid kit monitoring and replenishing.
Liaise with on-site security & cleaning teams.
Schedule routine inspections of site & warehouse equipment.
Contractor Liaison - Facilitate and oversee the work of external contractors
PAT testing.
Portering and Logistics including receiving deliveries, distributing parcels and relocate furniture.
Management of Office Access System.
Support with incident response.
Job requirements
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is desirable.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Computer Literate with good understanding of MS Office.
Problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
