Job description

As our Social Media & Content Marketing Executive, you will help bring the LeShuttle brand to life through engaging social media and content marketing activity. By creating high-quality, audience-focused content, you will drive brand awareness, grow engagement, and inspire travellers to choose LeShuttle for their cross-Channel journeys.

Job requirements

  • Create and deliver engaging, high-quality content across LeShuttle's social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  • Develop and manage an annual content calendar aligned to customer insights, travel trends, and key seasonal events.

  • Develop content pillars and optimise content based on engagement data, audience feedback, and performance analysis.

  • Promote LeShuttle's unique selling points through content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and consideration.

  • Grow social media audiences through regular content creation, influencer partnerships, and collaborative campaigns.

  • Work with external agencies and partners to support the delivery and optimisation of social media activity.

  • Support the development of paid social campaigns alongside internal marketing and media teams.

  • Capture high-quality photography and video content within LeShuttle terminals and at relevant travel destinations.

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including community management and customer engagement.

  • Monitor social media conversations and customer sentiment, escalating issues where appropriate.

  • Analyse and report on social media performance, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Work collaboratively across marketing, digital, CRM, insight, and communications teams to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness.

  • Ensure all social media activity complies with advertising regulations, CAP Codes, and data protection requirements.

  • Undertake other duties and projects as directed by the Head of Marketing

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Ideally working towards or holding a recognised marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or IDM).

  • Experience in a marketing or social media role, ideally within a B2C environment.

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice.

  • Experience using data and insights to optimise content and campaigns.

  • Photography and videography skills with the ability to produce engaging content.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous, as the role may require occasional travel to capture content and attend key locations.

  • French language skills (desirable).
