Are you looking for an exciting summer job where every day is different? Join us at Eurotunnel as we welcome thousands of passengers through one of Europe’s busiest travel hubs. This is a great opportunity for students, career‑changers, or anyone seeking a fast‑paced and rewarding seasonal role.

We are recruiting highly motivated Customer Service Agents to support our operations during the busy summer period (June–August) at our passenger terminal. The role may also support future developments of the Entry Exit System (EES), ensuring smooth and compliant operational processes.
You will help deliver a warm, friendly, and efficient service at key stages of the customer journey, from arrival at the terminal to boarding the train, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all passengers.
This role operates on a 24/7 shift basis within our Customer Services Division.

Job requirements

  • Collect correct tolls payable from passengers.

  • Verify and check prepaid tickets.

  • Process account holders’ cards, tickets, and credit/debit payments.

  • Apply the company’s conditions of carriage appropriately.

  • Follow Health & Safety procedures and report any incidents promptly.

  • Support environmental procedures, including waste‑disposal standards.

  • Ensure vehicles are loaded onto shuttles safely and in accordance with loading instructions.

  • Contribute to fully loaded and on‑time departures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE‑level education or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience working in a customer‑facing environment.

  • Cash‑handling experience.

  • Ability to speak a second modern European language (desirable).

  • Valid UK driving licence.

  • Strong adherence to procedures.

  • Good timekeeping and attendance.

  • A positive team approach.

  • Initiative and a proactive mindset.
