Eurotunnel manages, maintains, and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. Opened on 6 May 1994, the Fixed Link is a rolling motorway which transports passenger and commercial freight vehicles on board Shuttles across the Channel at 140kph, in 35 minutes. It also allows the running of third-party passenger and railfreight trains. The advantages of the Channel Tunnel are security, reliability, speed, frequency, and respect for the environment.

In 2020, thanks to rigorous management and strong commitment from our teams, Getlink delivered a solid operational and financial performance, in an exceptional context marked by the Covid crisis and Brexit.

The GetLink Executive Committee are making strategic investments in the Eurotunnel off-site and on-site passenger experience. Recent transformation programmes have introduced new marketing technologies and new strategic partnerships. A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen to create a set of compelling and memorable 

As a Digital Product Owner you will be paramount in shaping the company’s ambitious commercial strategy by delivering improvements to our current website. This will entail data driven decision making, ensuring optimisation of the customer experience pre, during and post travel. Your responsibilities will also include driving change on our website & app for Eurotunnel B2C Passenger Customers (this excludes B2B such as Trade and Freight).

The successful candidate will support the development of our website and the digital experiences our customers experience when on-site, therefor helping create a market leading digital experience, involving multiple platforms throughout their customer journey.

You must be educated to Degree Level or equivalent, possess experience in Google Platforms (Analytics, DataStudio, Tag Manager) email marketing platforms and CMS systems. Experience in iOS, Android App management (App Store and Play Store), and analytics (GA4) would be an advantage.

Due to the bi-national environment, the ability to communicate in French or another European language would be an advantage.
